Director of Data – Al Nahiya Group

Director of Data oversees the achievement of the overall program agenda, ensures the implementation of the roadmap, coordinates data related roles, promotes the value of data, and ensures compliance to the company policies and standards
<br />Lead the company​ Data Management agenda including defining and maintaining  company data strategy
<br />Conduct compliance and maturity assessments across  company data program, and define action plans based on the results
<br />Own the overall Data Management execution, being the single point of accountability for data management delivery ensuring it is business-centric, outcome focused, and value driven
<br />Approve and overlook the maintenance of the data catalog in collaboration with the Data Catalog Champion and Data Owners
<br />Oversee and approve the overall data quality dashboards in collaboration with the Data Analysts, Data Owners, and Stewards
<br />Approve and overlook company data architecture in collaboration with the Data Architects
<br />Define and maintain enterprise data model (EDM) and overlook the progress of implementing the model in collaboration with data analysts, data architect and data engineers
<br />Consistently conduct Quality Assurance and testing across multiple areas such as data quality, data architecture and integration, data model in collaboration with the Data Analyst, reviews the final outcomes and provide recommendations
<br />Identify, maintain, and overlook data related performance metrics
<br />Approve the assignment of Data Owners and Data Stewards and maintain their log
<br />Revise and approve the standards and policies developed by the Data Analyst
<br />Ensure strategic alignment to overall business strategy, and manage the data team budgets and oversee delivery of initiatives accordingly

<br />RequirementsMinimum of
<b>10 years experience as an Analytics Senior Leader, with proven know-how in leading major Data transformation programs</b>
<br />Preferred
<b>Master’s degree in business, information management, computer science, computer engineering or a related field</b>
<br />Knowledge in Business Strategy
<br />Possesses familiarity with Public Sector & Government Relationship Management
<br />Thought leader in
<b>Agile execution</b> at scale
<br />Strong value realization, communication, mediation, conflict resolution, leadership and management skills
