Our client is a luxury vacation rental company based in Dubai, Dehradun and Riyad. 
They currently manage properties in Dubai and Riyadh and are expanding their portfolio.

We are seeking a visionary Director of Innovation to revolutionize hospitality operations at the company.
This strategic role requires a dynamic leader with a background in Hospitality Operations.
In this role, you will lead the review and overhaul of existing processes, digitizing them to stay ahead of the technology curve.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in operations, while also providing strategic guidance and support to the regional teams in Riyadh and Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities
Housekeeping:
a. Monitor, manage, and ensure adherence to digital processes for housekeeping operations.
b. Implement and maintain best practices for housekeeping standards across all properties.
Engineering:
a. Oversee and manage digital processes for engineering maintenance and repairs.
b. Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards for all properties.
Guest Services:
a. Monitor and manage digital processes for guest services and support.
b. Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Reservations:
a. Supervise and manage digital processes for reservations and booking management.
b. Optimize reservation systems to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Revenue Management:
a. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue
b. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
c. Implement revenue management tools and techniques to optimize pricing and distribution channels.
 

RequirementsRequirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations management, with a focus on digital process optimization.
Proven track record of successfully implementing digital solutions and process improvements.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams across multiple locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel regularly to Riyadh and Dubai as required.
