Overview Of The Role:

The Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives in alignment with the digital transformation roadmap. The role demands expertise in digital product delivery, agile frameworks, and complex integrations to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet expected business outcomes. The role encompasses managing Capex/OPEX, vendor budgets, and safeguarding business continuity. Success factors include achieving delivery velocity, stakeholder satisfaction index, and maintaining a low post-release defect rate.

What You Will Do:

Digital Transformation Execution

Lead the delivery of digitalisation initiatives across onboarding, CRM, data, collections, and omni-channel experience.
Implement agile delivery models and manage cross-functional teams to facilitate agile ceremonies and coaching.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with the target architecture and reduce system duplication.
Ensure business-as-usual (BAU) continuity during transformation projects.
Manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Govern and report project progress through dashboards, maintaining deviation within 5% from the plan.
Develop and mentor delivery teams, enhancing agile maturity and achieving skill certifications.
