About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.
Job Role:
Prepares, cooks, and presents dishes within the designated section and specialty
Assists the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef in improving and creating dishes and menus
Participates in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
Controlling food stock and food cost in the sections
Helping in the preparation and designing of all food menus
