Delivery Coordinator – Pearl Polyurethane Systems

• Execute delivery operations in accordance with Pearl SOPs and delivery procedures.
• Ensure all dispatched materials match approved delivery notes, labels, and ERP documentation.
• Monitor, record, and report daily delivery activities and performance.
• Track delivery status and proactively communicate delays or issues to internal stakeholders (Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
• Ensure safe handling of finished goods and immediate reporting of any equipment malfunction (forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.).
• Prepare and verify product and shipping labels as per company procedures.
• Manage customer returns in line with approved SOPs.
• Maintain accurate finished-goods accounting to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and reliability.
• Actively participate in daily shop-floor meetings and safety talks.
• Report near misses, incidents, and quality deviations related to delivery operations.
• Train new workers and forklift drivers on SOPs, compliance, and safe work practices.
• Provide operational flexibility by supporting other areas as assigned by management.
• Support last-minute order changes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Comply with all HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Actively contribute to achieving zero incidents and zero Loss of Primary Containment (LoPC).
