This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for talent, strong research capabilities, and a data-driven approach to recruitment. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier candidates while leveraging technology and market intelligence to deliver exceptional hiring solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Deep-Dive Search – Proactively identify and attract high-calibre professionals using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven sourcing tools, and industry databases.
- Candidate Management – Build and nurture relationships with candidates, conduct in-depth screening calls, and guide them through the hiring process.
- Market Intelligence & Research – Analyse hiring trends, competitor activity, and talent movements to provide strategic insights.
- Data & Technology – Utilise CRM, ATS, and recruitment automation tools to streamline workflows, track engagement, and enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with business needs.
- Process Optimisation – Continuously refine sourcing strategies, database management, and reporting processes for improved talent acquisition outcomes.
- What You Bring:
- Experience in recruitment delivery, talent sourcing, or executive search.
- Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and advanced candidate mapping techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, trends, and hiring metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM, ATS platforms (such as Bullhorn, Manatal, or Greenhouse), and recruitment tech stacks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
