Customer Service Representative – Sentinel Business Centres

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  3. Assist customers in resolving any issues or complaints they may have
  4. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
  5. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  7. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
  8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
  10. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience in a customer service role
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills
  8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  9. Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  10. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
