About the Client:
The hiring company is an international manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket 4WD accessories
Job Role:
Train, develop and be a key resource for designated markets
Conducting regular competitor analysis
Assist sales and marketing teams for all final execution on activities within designated markets
Communicate with all inbound end user and distribution enquiries (English and Arabic) via digital tools
Key point of call for any regional customer complaints and in turn lead effective and collaborative customer response solutions
Provide Arabic proof-reading support for existing marketing collateral developed by the marketing team
Develop and maintain effective weekly feedback to management
