Job Details:
- Work Schedule: 9-hour workday with one day off per week.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries through both emails and phone calls.
- Cascade client requests and tasks to our visa agents for further processing.
Requirements:
- Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Fluency in Arabic is required, as we are targeting Arabic-speaking candidates only.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks to team members.
- Prior experience in customer support is a must.
Work Environment: Fully remote position with a hybrid work structure in Dubai.
