Guide Consultants is a reputable company specializing in providing exceptional customer support services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Details:

  • Work Schedule: 9-hour workday with one day off per week.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries through both emails and phone calls.
  • Cascade client requests and tasks to our visa agents for further processing.

Requirements:

  • Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required, as we are targeting Arabic-speaking candidates only.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a must.

Work Environment: Fully remote position with a hybrid work structure in Dubai.
