Customer Service Executive – AAS Shipping LLC

  • Single window contact for the customers assigned.
  • Gauge client requirements to offer the perfect solution for their inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers for the pipeline shipments and new shipments.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Coordination with Agents/Operations team and provide updates to the customers.
  • Maintaining customer wise KPI.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Interact with the senior management to understand updated organizational policies and new products.
