Customer Service Coordinator – Manufacturing/Engineering/Oil & Gas

Dubai, Jebel Ali based. Full time role.

Looking for an experienced, Customer Service Executive or Engineering Coordinator, who is already based in Dubai, with experience in the manufacturing, engineering and/or oil & gas sector.

Key Duties to include:

Preparing quotations for all inquiries; including new products, spares and services.

Supporting the Sales team with customer purchase orders and recording information into the CRM/ERP systems.

Expediting orders through internal departments to meet expected customer delivery dates.

Handling and processing invoices.

Follow up support with cash collection for overdue accounts

Processing customer purchase orders and converting to sales orders ensuring information is entered & communicated to the right departments accurately.

Profile:

4+ years work experience in a similar role within manufacturing, engineering and/or oil & gas sector.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written.

Passion for excellent customer service.

Estimated Remuneration: Between AED 8-10K pm total cash package + Visa, Medical Insurance, Annual Flight
