- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls professionally,from clients, agents, and calls on behalf of management.
- Managing the Manager’s calendar – meetings, appointment and schedules.
- Maintaining call logs, meeting notes, and timely follow-ups using the CRM system.
- Supporting meeting preparations with agendas, documents, and follow-ups on action items.
