1.Build an overseas project planning management system, compile the overall project schedule, and decompose special plans such as production, construction and logistics; monitor plan implementation, investigate schedule deviations, and optimize and adjust plans.

2.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project progress.

3.Conduct review of planning management and optimize control processes.

4.Accept on-site assignment overseas, conduct foreign-related planning docking and schedule communication in English, and synchronize the dynamic of domestic project plans.
