Creative Director

Creative Director · Semisweet · Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Full time

About the job

As Creative Director of Semisweet, you will be the keeper of the brand’s taste and image across the UAE. Reporting directly to the Owner and sitting on the leadership team, you will own everything our customers see, taste and touch: products, packaging, brand identity, store design and content. Nothing reaches a customer without your sign-off, so that every dessert, every cup of coffee and every touchpoint builds desirability and supports Semisweet’s growth in retail, delivery and B2B.

This is a hands-on role in a growing company. At first you will taste, style, brief and approve yourself, supported by a small team. As we grow, you will build the creative function under you, starting with a Head of Product.
