Creative Director – Novelty Clinic

Novelty Clinic is seeking a Creative Director with a refined eye for luxury aesthetics and storytelling. Your role is to develop and direct high-end photoshoot and video campaign concepts inspired by Dubai’s luxury-souq ambience — combining heritage textures with modern elegance.

You’ll translate ideas into visual experiences for our clinic’s marketing campaigns — including concept creation, scene design, prop styling direction, and overseeing the full shoot execution with photographers, stylists, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, themes, and storyboards for clinic campaigns (beauty, skin, and body treatments).
• Design luxury-souq inspired scenes blending Arabic art, gold, texture, light, and elegance.
• Build moodboards, visual references, and shot lists for approval.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, set designers, and stylists to bring each idea to life.
• Supervise shoot days to ensure the scene, model styling, and lighting match the approved concept.
• Create consistent brand identity across all visual campaigns and digital assets.
• Manage creative budgets, timelines, and vendors related to production and props.
• Present ideas to management with clear visual rationales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or set design (preferably in luxury, fashion, or aesthetics).
• Proven ability to conceptualize and produce premium visual campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting, textures, and composition.
• Portfolio showcasing luxury, boutique, or artistic campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
