COMMERCIAL LEASING MANAGER – JAYGEE SUN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT L.L.C

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and result-oriented Commercial Leasing Manager to lead commercial property leasing activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, the ability to identify high-potential leasing opportunities, and proven skills in building relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.

The role involves sourcing and evaluating commercial properties, identifying suitable spaces for retail, food and beverage (F&B), office, showroom, and other business requirements, negotiating commercial terms, and managing leasing transactions from initial discussions through to closure. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s leasing portfolio, securing suitable properties for business operators, and driving revenue through successful leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify commercial properties available for lease across Dubai, including retail spaces, restaurants, offices, showrooms, and other commercial establishments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, asset managers, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Identify suitable commercial locations based on business requirements, catchment potential, accessibility, visibility, footfall, and commercial viability.
• Generate new leasing opportunities through market research, networking, direct outreach, referrals, and business development activities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties aligned with their operational and commercial objectives.
• Market commercial properties, coordinate site visits, and present property details and leasing opportunities to prospective clients.
• Negotiate rental values, lease tenure, rent-free periods, security deposits, escalation clauses, and other commercial terms in line with client requirements and business objectives.
• Manage leasing transactions end-to-end, from lead generation and initial enquiries to negotiations, documentation, and final closure.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, legal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth leasing transactions and timely execution of agreements.
• Maintain an updated database of commercial properties, leasing mandates, client requirements, market opportunities, and transaction pipelines.
• Monitor rental trends, vacancy levels, competitor activity, and emerging commercial real estate opportunities to support informed leasing decisions.
• Track leasing targets, conversion rates, and business development performance to achieve individual and organizational revenue objectives.
