Job Role:
Ensure that all application documents submitted comply with the standard requirement requested
by the licensing authority
Ensure that operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules
Review work and provide advice on compliance
Perform CRM related tasks of ensuring that the team is using the CRM as per the training provided
Provide Administration Support to the Renewals Team
Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
Responsible in extracting, collating and analyzing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for the Management using CRM and ERP
