Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
• Develop, communicate, and execute the division’s strategy, objectives, and operational plans in alignment with the company’s overarching strategic goals.
• Manage the execution of divisional objectives and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines
Budget Management:
• Prepare and consolidate the division’s budget and submit it for review and approval by relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to direct reports on budget optimization opportunities and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenues, expenditures, and cash flow, to ensure operations remain within the approved budget.
Corporate Performance Management:
• Oversee divisional performance by providing strategic direction and guidance to achieve organizational objectives.
• Define and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the division and ensure they align with the company’s goals.
• Identify and drive initiatives to enhance the division’s performance and operational efficiency.
People Management:
• Oversee the professional development, training, and performance of the division’s employees.
Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to direct reports to optimize individual and team performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the division.
Functional
• Provide strategic oversight for the development and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure to support organizational goals.
• Lead the implementation of IT solutions to streamline operations and enhance the organization’s technological capabilities.
• Drive digital innovation by identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
• Oversee the execution of technology-driven projects, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize services and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall service quality.
• Establish and enforce information security policies and practices to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of organizational data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with the Strategy & Business Growth team to identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure a seamless, customer-centric service experience and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and community stakeholders to ensure compliance, build positive relationships, and enhance public relations.
• Integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into operational decision-making, reflecting the organization’s commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service section to develop a transparent process for contesting fines or violations, ensuring fair and equitable resolution.
