- Provide assistance to the Chef De Cuisine to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Interact with individuals in the central kitchen section
- Follow protocols and standards on kitchen service
- Ensure all kitchen colleagues are following company standards
- Work with the kitchen team in determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
