Call Center Agent – Parisima Talent
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our Client team at a leading Automotive Industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing them with essential information and assistance. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where your ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor will be crucial. Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with candidates and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Provide information about our services and assist clients in understanding the HR outsourcing process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating them to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed responses to inquiries.
Preferred Candidate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with clients and candidates.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
