ð About the Role
This isn’t an inbound-only seat. This is hunter mode.
You’ll be one of the first to join our outbound sales efforts — identifying high-potential prospects, starting meaningful conversations, running smart discovery, and closing deals. Whether it’s a newly registered ecom company, a freelancer overwhelmed by invoices, or a founder who’s forgotten about VAT — you’ll be the one bringing Skrooge to their radar.
We’re looking for someone who’s gritty, persuasive, and systematic. You’ll help us build our pipeline from scratch, test messaging, refine outreach strategies, and shape the way we sell. This is a high-impact role at the frontline of our growth.
ð What You’ll Do
- Own outbound outreach — identify, prospect, and contact leads via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, in-person and phone
- Research and segment potential clients (e.g. new businesses, ecommerce sellers, consultants)
- Run discovery calls and clearly explain Skrooge’s services (bookkeeping, VAT, tax)
- Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline across CRM, WhatsApp, and inbox
- Hit clear activity and conversion targets (touchpoints, demos, closes)
- Reactivate older leads and revive cold conversations
- Collaborate on scripts, cadences, and outreach templates that convert
- Collect insights from the field and help improve our GTM messaging and targeting
- Support channel and partnership outreach as needed
✅ You Might Be a Fit If:
- You’ve excelled at outbound sales in a B2B SME environment (SaaS, services, or fintech a bonus)
- You’re not afraid to cold call, send 50+ emails/day, and get creative with prospecting
- You thrive in dynamic environments and want a challenge
- You love the chase — identifying needs, handling objections, and getting the close
- You’re structured and track every follow-up like it’s money on the table (because it is)
- You’re a clear communicator — warm, confident, and professional
- You’ve used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, etc.
- You understand (or can quickly learn) basics of accounting, VAT, and UAE business structures
- Bonus: you speak Arabic, Hindi or have worked in the UAE SMB space
