Silkor is looking for a highly organized and sales-driven Branch & Sales Coordinator to support the branch’s daily operations, assist in sales activities, and ensure seamless client experiences. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating between teams, managing bookings, and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by coordinating with clients, following up on leads, and upselling treatments.
  • Client Coordination: Manage client appointments, ensure smooth scheduling, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle daily reports, stock tracking, and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
  • Team Assistance: Provide operational and logistical support to branch staff and management.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Assist in executing local marketing campaigns, events, and client engagement activities.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and inventory logs.

  • Expertise in scheduling, booking, and client relationship management.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Knowledge of clinic systems or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Professional appearance with a well-groomed and presentable demeanor.
  • Normal Body Mass Index (BMI) to align with our company’s brand image, particularly important for front desk roles.
  • Display confident and upright posture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to make a positive first impression.
  • Demonstrated likability, friendliness, and flexibility in interpersonal interactions.
  • Willingness to commit to a six-day work week, with a fixed schedule of three days opening and three days closing.
  • Strong sales experience and target oriented.
  • Ability to handle pressure and adaptability in response to challenging scenarios and questions during the assessment.
  • Genuine financial need or strong motivation for the position, such as supporting a family or seeking financial stability.
