Body shop Manager – First Option Accessories

We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our body shop workshop, ensuring quality repairs and excellent customer service. Your role will involve managing a team of technicians, coordinating workflow, and ensuring efficiency and profitability of the body shop department.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the body shop department.
2. Ensure timely and efficient repairs and services to meet customer satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters for vehicle inspections and claims processing.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for parts and equipment procurement.
5. Monitor and control expenses, inventory, and productivity to maximize profitability.
6. Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
7. Train and develop technicians to enhance their skills and productivity.
8. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements and implement best practices.

Preferred Candidate:

1. At least 10 years of experience in managing a body shop or similar role.
2. Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
3. Excellent knowledge of auto body repair techniques, equipment, and industry standards.
4. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in computer software and systems related to body shop management.
9. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
