- A highly skilled BIM Modeler Draftsman specializing in waterproofing systems to join our design and construction team.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate, detailed BIM models and technical drawings for waterproofing-related projects, ensuring
compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for waterproofing systems throughout the project lifecycle using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM
software.
- Produce detailed shop drawings, 3D models, and construction documents focused on waterproofing installations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate waterproofing components into overall building models.
- Ensure model accuracy, quality, and integrity by conducting regular model audits and clash detection using tools like Navisworks.
- Assist in developing project-specific BIM standards and templates for waterproofing modelling.
- Participate in coordination meetings, providing technical support and expertise related to waterproofing systems.
- Maintain thorough documentation of design changes, revisions, and project progress.
