Job Role:
Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages and pastries according to established recipes and presentation
Ensures that all utensils and equipment are functional and well-maintained
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all menu offerings and provides guests accurate information and current promotions
Generates revenues by attracting new guests; defining new and expanded services and products
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for the coffee bar
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
