Job Role:
Assist Bar Supervisor
Ensures that staffs are well-trained and proficient of all beverage and pastry recipes and presentation
Maintaining complete knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services and hours of operation
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all menu offerings and provides guests accurate information and current promotions
Collects payment of guests through cash or electronic mode of payment
Helps in cleaning empty tables for the next guests
Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
Attending basic food safety and work safety training programs
