- Repare, mix, and bake a variety of croissants and bread, including classic French croissants, almond croissants, baguettes, and sourdough.
- Develop and refine recipes to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and teamwork.
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar cooking role, with a strong emphasis on croissants and artisan breads.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
