Automotive Service Adviser – EFR MOTORSPORT

EFR Motorsport is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate understands automotive culture, enjoys talking about cars, and is excited to be part of a team dedicated to automotive excellence.

As the bridge between our customers and workshop operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience while ensuring vehicles receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements
• Prepare service estimates and explain repairs, maintenance, and recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide regular updates to customers on repair progress
• Manage service documentation, job cards, and invoicing processes
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Strong passion for cars, performance vehicles, and the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and automotive systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and job card management
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and workshop staff
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Fluency in English is a must
• Genuine passion for cars, motorsports, and the automotive industry is essential
