This is a hands-on corporate legal role supporting a rapidly expanding international group with a complex, multi-entity structure. Reporting directly to senior legal leadership, the role offers significant autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to global operations and transactions.

Description
Manage day-to-day corporate legal matters across the company and its global subsidiariesDraft, review, and negotiate high volumes of NDAs and standard commercial agreementsOversee corporate governance for 30-50 subsidiaries, primarily US-linked entitiesPrepare and manage board and shareholder resolutions, POAs, and statutory recordsSupport share transfers, restructurings, and group-wide corporate actionsCoordinate M&A transactions from a corporate and governance perspectiveLiaise with external counsel and act as a key legal contact for internal stakeholders

Profile
Qualified lawyer with 5-7 years’ post-qualification experienceStrong background in corporate law from a law firm and/or in-house environmentDemonstrated experience in corporate governance and multi-entity group structuresTrained in a common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Canada, Australia or similar)Comfortable managing legal workstreams independently with minimal supervisionCommercially minded with a practical, solution-oriented approach
