Associate Creative Director – Kinetic Business Solutions

We are working with a reputable and well-established Interior Design company who are hiring a Associate Creative Director to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support the Creative Director in maintaining the overall creative vision and design standards.
• Review and approve design concepts and project deliverables, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Oversee design quality across luxury residential projects, particularly for VIP clients.
• Ensure designs effectively balance regional influences with European and UK design aesthetics.
• Provide creative guidance to the design team and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement across design and FF&E.
• Escalate key creative or project risks to senior leadership.
