About the Client:
A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
Work with the Restaurant Manager to set and meet sales and profitability targets, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget
Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations and that all staff are adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback and set goals for improvement.
