Assistant Digital Marketing Manager (Fast food/ F&B background)

Purpose of the role:

Plan strategy and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

  1. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Develop and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media.

§ Strategize marketing / promotional campaign and execute in coordination with the digital agency.

§ Manage all F&B social media channels.

§ Performance marketing strategy development and management.

§ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

§ Develop new and creative growth strategies.

§ Manage digital and media agencies.

§ Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and specific business requirements.

§ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

§ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thoughts to the leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

§ Mobile app launch and execution.

§ New brands / market launchers (strategy and execution)

§ Mobile app & Loyalty program management
