We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within the perfume and cosmetics sector across retail and wholesale channels in Dubai, UAE. This strategic role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of the fragrance market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing market coverage, and cultivating long-term client relationships. You will oversee multiple sales locations, develop targeted strategies, and ensure the team consistently meets performance goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the perfume industry to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
  • Forecast sales performance and optimize location coverage to maximize market penetration

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the perfume or cosmetics industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities based on market data and sales metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings and market visits
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
