Area Manager_Building Technologies(Riyadh) – ADECCO MIDDLE EAST

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure sales targets by increasing share of wallet with existing customers, identifying additional business opportunities or developing potential new ones
Conduct regular customer visits and establish close relationship with customers
Implement customer strategy for local branch offices of major account customers
Take over local business development activities to support local customer base
Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure that local projects are covered properly in all stages and handed over timely to sales
Provide feedback on market trends, customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information
Insert customer related data regularly into CRM and make use of available CRM data and reports to follow-up
Timely inform supply chain on extraordinary demand (e.g. special sales actions, big projects)
Support cross-border and cross-divisional opportunities


Bachelor of Engineering,Master is a plus
Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
Communications skills, negotiation and presentation skills, comprehensive expertise upon    the Building Technologies product range, analytical competency and PC skills
At least 5 year experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably at a multinational security system      manufacturer
