Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established insurance provider in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and update records, documents, and reports.
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
– Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
– Assist in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
– Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee documentation.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
