Accounts Assistant – X-Space Real Estate

Job Description:

X-Space Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivables:
  • Issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile client accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP).
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports using Excel (e.g., sales reports, receivables aging reports).
  • Handle daily cash transactions and ensure accurate reconciliations.
  • Support the Finance and Administrative departments with various tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries related to invoices and payments.
