Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards, utilizing advanced accounting software to streamline the reporting process.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, which helps maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
3. Conduct regular audits of financial records and transactions, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to uphold financial integrity.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with organizational strategy.
5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing accurate tax returns, minimizing tax liabilities while adhering to legal requirements.

7. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and reported within deadlines.
