Accountant – SAHARA GARMENTS EMBROIDERY

An accountant prepares, analyzes, and maintains financial records. They ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and help organizations make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record KeepingMaintain and update general ledger accounts
• Record daily financial transactions
• Financial ReportingPrepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in preparing budgets
• Monitor financial performance against budgets
• Tax CompliancePrepare and file tax returns
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Accounts Payable & ReceivableManage invoices and payments
• Track incoming and outgoing funds
• Auditing SupportAssist with internal and external audits
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained
• ReconciliationReconcile bank statements and accounts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Financial AnalysisAnalyze financial data to identify trends
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZOHO AND TALLYl)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Optional/Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA)
• Relevant work experience in accounting or finance

Work Environment:
