Description
Partner with investment professionals to analyse private markets workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and scalability.Design and develop technology solutions that support portfolio monitoring, reporting, pipeline management and investment operations.Utilise AI, prompt engineering and workflow automation tools to enhance research, analysis and decision-making capabilities.Build dashboards, applications and analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights across private capital portfolios.Evaluate and implement best-in-class technologies, collaborating with investment and technology teams to drive continuous innovation
Profile
4-7 years’ experience within a private capital markets environment, such as private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate investing, family offices, sovereign wealth funds or institutional investment platforms.Proven experience supporting private markets investment teams, with exposure to investment workflows, portfolio monitoring, deal processes, fund reporting or investment data management.Strong Python development skills with experience building automation tools, analytics solutions and internal applications; knowledge of SQL, APIs and cloud technologies is highly desirable.Hands-on experience with private markets platforms and datasets such as DealCloud, PitchBook, Burgiss, Cambridge Associates or comparable investment system
