Senior Due Diligence Consultant – UAE – Kreston Awni Farsakh & Co.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Due Diligence Consultant to join our advisory team in the UAE. The role will focus on financial due diligence assignments in connection with acquisitions, disposals, investments and other corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements from planning through to completion.
• Analyse historical financial performance, revenue, profitability, cash flows and working capital.
• Perform quality of earnings, net debt and normalised working capital analysis.
• Identify financial, accounting, tax and commercial risks that may affect transaction value.
• Review management forecasts and assess the reasonableness of key assumptions.
• Analyse customer concentration, recurring revenue, margins and key cost drivers.
• Identify non-recurring, related-party and unusual transactions and propose normalisation adjustments.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis, schedules and due diligence reports.
• Present key findings and transaction issues to clients, management and senior stakeholders.
• Manage junior team members and review their work.
• Liaise with target-company management, auditors, advisers and other transaction stakeholders.
