Real Estate Sales Agent – Femme Haven Real Estate

ABOUT THE ROLE

Femme Haven Real Estate is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in Dubai’s real estate industry. The successful candidate will work with premium off-plan and ready properties while receiving professional training, marketing support, and access to company resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
• Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Present off-plan and ready property projects professionally.
• Negotiate offers and support clients until successful transaction completion.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Follow up consistently with leads, existing clients, and prospects.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, developer launches, and payment plans.
• Participate in company marketing initiatives, including property videos and digital content when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, French, or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Confident and professional camera presence with willingness to participate in company marketing content.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve performance targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
