Sr Product Designer (Renewable Contract) – B2B Web App – Michael Page International (UAE) Limited

This role requires far more than UI design. You will partner closely with Business and Engineering teams to understand user problems, shape product strategy, and create thoughtful end-to-end experiences that solve real business challenges. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, from concept and discovery through to production ready implementation.

Description
Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.Design intuitive and scalable user journeys for complex enterprise and financial technology platforms.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate product concepts and solutions.Lead UX thinking across product initiatives, helping teams identify the right problems to solve.Contribute to and evolve a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate design decisions.Transform user insights and product data into actionable design improvements.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and effectively translated into production environments.Design experiences that leverage automation and artificial intelligence to improve user outcomes and efficiency.Advocate for user-centred design principles while balancing business and technical requirements.Stay informed on emerging design methodologies, AI trends, and best practices within enterprise product development.

Profile
Minimum of 10 years of overall tenure and proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or Product Designer working on complex web based products, ideally B2B products.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, financial services, fintech, research, data, analytics, or workflow driven platforms.Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to design scalable experiences across multiple products and workflows.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders.Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to simplify complex user challenges.Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility, and data-driven design methodologies.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a strong sense of ownership.Experience designing AI-enabled products or integrating AI capabilities into user experiences is highly desirable.Solid understanding of how design translates into front-end development and production environments.Familiarity with modern product development processes and agile delivery practices.Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
