Business Development Manager – Products Specifier – Mindfield Resources

Our Client:

A leading multinational manufacturer of premium interior solutions with a strong global presence and state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities in the UAE. As part of an ambitious growth strategy, the business is expanding its specification sales team to strengthen its position across the UAE’s construction and design market.

Your Role:

This is a specification-led business development role focused on influencing projects at the design stage. You will build strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, project management consultants (PMCs), interior designers, and fit-out stakeholders to ensure products are specified early in the project lifecycle.

Working closely with the projects sales team, you will drive specification opportunities through to successful project conversion while expanding the company’s presence across key construction and infrastructure developments in the UAE.
