We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Electric Mobility team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and achieving individual sales targets while maintaining full compliance with Al-Futtaim Automotive and BYD sales processes.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer engagement, skilled in consultative selling, and committed to delivering a professional, ethical, and customer-centric experience that contributes to business growth and brand success.
What you will do:
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner.
- Conduct customer needs assessments, product demonstrations, and test drives.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that positively impacts NPS and Mystery Shopping results.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Promote finance, insurance, and value-added products aligned with customer needs.
- Accurately maintain leads, opportunities, customer records, and test drive activities in C4C.
- Follow all company sales processes, governance requirements, and internal controls.
- Ensure accurate sales documentation, deposits, and vehicle order processing.
- Maintain showroom standards, demo vehicle readiness, and professional conduct at all times.
- Complete all mandatory sales, compliance, and system training requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.
