  5. Monitor industry trends and changes in labor laws related to Emiratization, ensuring compliance and advising clients on best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition.

  7. Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and make informed decisions for future initiatives, driving continuous improvement in our processes.
