CIO (Chief Information Officer) – New Finance Company (Dubai) | AED 110,000–120,000/month

A newly launched finance business in Dubai is building its technology function from the ground up and is hiring a CIO to lead the full technology agenda: strategy, architecture, delivery, security, and scale.

This is a high-impact, board-level role for someone who can build a modern, secure, regulator-ready tech estate and turn technology into a commercial advantage from day one.

What you’ll own

• Define and execute the end-to-end technology strategy aligned to business growth and product roadmap
• Build the core platform and operating model: architecture, infrastructure, data, integration, and delivery governance
• Lead cybersecurity, risk, and resilience (policies, controls, incident response, BCP/DR)
• Establish technology standards: SDLC, change management, vendor management, and service management
• Build and lead internal teams + partners (engineering, infrastructure, security, data, apps)
• Own budgets, vendor selection, contracts, and performance (cloud, core systems, fintech partners)
• Ensure regulatory readiness: auditability, data privacy, access controls, and reporting
• Create executive-level visibility through KPIs, dashboards, and clear delivery cadence
