Personal Assistant & Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are hiring a single, solo-working professional to handle both Personal Assistant and Digital Marketing responsibilities for our property portals and restaurant catering business in Dubai. This is a hands-on role requiring one capable individual to manage a diverse set of tasks independently. The candidate must be fluent in English with a clear, professional accent.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties

• Provide full personal assistant support including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa arrangements, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
• Conduct independent online research on any required topic and thoroughly verify sources before presenting findings.
• Manage daily follow-ups, correspondence, and organize information efficiently.

Marketing & Lead Generation Duties

• Monitor and promptly respond to all inbound leads from property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Qualify leads, provide accurate information, arrange property viewings, and maintain detailed lead tracking.
• Promote restaurant catering services through digital channels and generate new leads.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, website, email marketing).
• Oversee outsourced digital media content creation while ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Update and manage company website content, SEO, Google My Business, and track campaign performance with accurate reporting.
• Write professional marketing copy and client communications in fluent English.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with a clear, professional accent suitable for client calls and meetings.
• Proven ability to perform independent online research and verify source credibility.
• Valid UAE driving license (must be able to drive in Dubai).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience handling similar combined PA and marketing/lead generation roles.
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, CRM systems).
• Ability to work independently as a solo professional managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Based in Dubai with valid UAE residence visa (visa sponsorship, competitive salary, and medical insurance will be provided for the right candidate).
• Immediate availability preferred.
