In this key role, you’ll play a vital part in managing all departmental job costs in line with retail and distributor process standards. You’ll also ensure smooth operations by returning any unacceptable job cards to the relevant department with clear, precise feedback.

What You Will Do

• Handle clerical functions and maintain personnel and administrative records and procedures.
• Amend computer job cards and invoices to keep the workshop running at full speed.
• Prepare both external and internal job cards, ensuring flawless billing for labor, parts, oil, sublets, and consumables.
• Ensure accuracy by double-checking invoices and related documents against computer statements.
• Organize daily workshop performance reports to keep things running smoothly.
• Prepare incentive computations and claim forms based on daily timesheets.
