Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with HR policies and procedures while optimizing system functionality for better user experience.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for HR staff and end-users, equipping them with the necessary skills to utilize HCM tools effectively and maximize productivity.
