Overview Of The Role:

  • As the Senior Emiratisation Manager, you will lead and optimize the Emiratisation program for Al-Futtaim Automotive. This key position requires close collaboration with government authorities and internal senior leaders to set and achieve nationalization targets. You will be central in driving the strategy, ensuring the smooth integration of UAE Nationals into the organization’s mainstream, and enhancing the visibility of the organization in the National Job Market. Success in this role is defined by the achievement of strategic nationalization targets, the effective implementation of critical Emiratisation development programmes, and maintaining robust relationships with government bodies.

What You Will Do:

General

  • Support the implementation of the Emiratisation strategy in accordance with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide support to the business to source, attract, select and facilitate retention of UAE Nationals with a view to integrate them into the organization smoothly.
  • Coordinate with business unit’s line managers to pursue the laid down National Development Program.
  • Provide input on the Function’s budget requirements and accordingly track expenses of the Emiratisation Function, ensuring it stays within its operating budget.
  • Network with National Placement Agencies, Universities, Education and Technical Boards to maintain a database of UAE Nationals to meet placement demands and provide opportunities for absorption into the organization.
  • Represent the organization in Career Fairs, Placement Workshops, Seminars for National Job seekers to enhance the organization’s visibility in the National Job Market.
  • Ensure the success of critical Emiratisation development programmes like the Emirati Graduate Programme and Internship Learning Programme.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local Government bodies supporting Emiratisation to leverage relationships for organizational benefit.
  • Network with relevant Government authorities, remain aware of Government regulations, and ensure appropriate reflection within the Group.
  • Provide inputs to relevant Training Managers and Emiratisation trainers to develop specific orientation and development programs.
  • Prepare yearly plans for placing UAE student trainees on a project basis with different group companies, including induction, orientation, monitoring progress, and coordinating feedback with colleges.
